The sculptural wall hangings incorporate and repurpose found, discarded household, industrial materials/objects as much as possible. The assemblage of each piece progresses without knowing the obstacles or outcome.The materials interact and speak to each other, while shape, texture and size dictate the outcome.

Horizon Blur/Transformations

This series works within the realm of digital photography, exploring variations on the classic landscape/horizon motif. These images are heavily manipulated to transform the landscape towards a calmness for the viewer. Content, color and light-play dictate the direction of manipulation. Landscape images are captured with an iPhone or electronically appropriated from public internet media sources, whether banal or inappropriate, stills or videos are then transformed to mimic that manipulated tranquil and beautiful landscape horizon.
